What do you want to make room for? Where do you want to go next?
Hi! My name is Diane Neu, and I love working with individuals to help them uncover and discover their strengths, capitalize on those strengths, and find meaning and joy in life and work. My focus is on providing supportive coaching that honors your individuality while helping you make room for what’s most important in life. In addition, I have a strong background in career development and student affairs, so I also love working with college students and recent graduates navigating their first professional work experience.
As your coach, I strive to build a space based on trust, empathy, and generosity. This means creating and holding room for you to process and speak when ready. It means meeting you where you are now, while also asking questions that will encourage you to stretch and grow. I also try to bring humor and a bit of levity into each coaching conversation, as I believe it can help us to better process and gain perspective. I hope that we will laugh together during every coaching session and not take ourselves too seriously.
Based in the greater Seattle area, I enjoy exploring the beautiful PNW with my family. Preferably with a cup of strong tea in one hand and some sort of carbohydrate in the other :)
